4.1 For Employers

Employers using the Info Kerja Kaltara platform agree that:

• All job vacancy information posted is accurate and not misleading
• Job vacancies comply with applicable labor laws
• There is no discrimination in the recruitment process
• Employers are fully responsible for the recruitment and selection process
• Employer accounts must be verified by admin before posting vacancies
• Job vacancies will be reviewed and approved by admin before publication
• Admin has the right to reject or remove vacancies that do not comply with our policies

4.2 For Job Seekers

Job seekers using the Info Kerja Kaltara platform agree that:

• Information provided in applications is accurate and honest
• We are not responsible for employers' hiring decisions
• We do not guarantee job placement
• Job seekers must conduct their own due diligence on employers
• The employment relationship is between job seekers and employers, not with Benuanta

5. Donor/Sponsor Program

5.1 Donor Registration

Donors/sponsors who register agree that:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once verified
• Public name and photo/logo will be displayed on the Top Donors/Sponsors page
• Donation amounts will be publicly displayed
• Proof of transfer must be uploaded for verification
• Admin has the right to accept or reject donations with clear reasons

5.2 Use of Donation Funds

Donation funds will be used for Benuanta's operations and service development, including the Info Kerja Kaltara platform. We are committed to using funds responsibly and transparently.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of PT Benuanta Technology Consultant or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit our content without written permission from us.

7. User Content

By submitting content to our website (such as job vacancies, CVs, donor photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.
